A number has been allowed if the number appears in the Activity screen with an allowed icon next to it.

To view your history of calls allowed for a specific number, navigate to the Activity screen, select “more” and “See call details”; the detail screen will show a history of activity for the number.

To view all history for all numbers that Scam Shield allowed, go to the Activity screen, and select the “Allow” tab.
