A number has been sent to voicemail if the number appears in the Activity screen with a voicemail icon next to it.

To view your history of calls sent to voicemail for a specific number, navigate to the Activity screen, select “more” and “See call details”; the detail screen will show a history of activity for the number.

To view all history for all numbers that Scam Shield has sent to voicemail, go to the Activity screen, and select the “Send to voicemail” tab.
